Multinational Enterprise Project Manager
The two coaches have always acted as great guides and kept everyone in the right direction at critical moments. Everyone mostly expects to be able to direct others or to give advice, but action learning gave me a completely new direction. It enabled me to ask questions to understand what was troubling each person, which strengthened my ability to understand people, enriched my empathy for others, and taught me how to respect everyone’s feelings and decisions in the heat of the moment. It is a good way to effectively avoid prejudice and bias by gathering talents from various fields to ask questions, rather than to ask for direct guidance on problems in life.

Small and Mendium Enterprise Person In Charge
The two coaches were able to point out and confirm the strengths of the participants. They were very helpful to everyone, and it felt like everyone was moving forward together. The questions from multiple partners also allowed me to see things that had escaped my eyes and thoughts before. Highly recommended for anyone willing to spend time to learn and grow together.

Social Enterprise Talent Cultivator
After every Action Learning session, Winnie and Tai Tsao always provide feedback and key observations during the debrief. They see where people are doing well in terms of leadership, and I think compliments and encouragement are quite difficult to receive from others in your daily life, which means a lot. Every time I attend an action learning session, I can improve my ability to perceive my own thinking, and also cultivate my curiosity about the motivations and reasons behind other people’s questions. The background and experience of various people from various fields can help me escape my initial thought process.

Multinational Enterprise Human Resource Executive
There are many aspects of learning. Through the brainstorming of the team to provide questions and answers, more ideas can be stimulated because of their different backgrounds. Many levels of thinking may be perceived, such as their projection, empathy, appreciation, approval, reflection and motivation. The course takes place online, so there are no geographical restrictions, and the understanding and central force of team cohesion is not reduced in any manner. I look forward to the coaches recording the merits of each person’s questions, and encouraging each person to do a good job in their self-evaluation, as well as giving feedback to their peers for their thoughts and support. This is very interesting to me, since these things aren’t often received on a daily basis. Positive energy and a heartwarming atmosphere also improves the event as a whole, and encourages active participation.

Both coaches build an environment of safety and trust, practicing listening and questioning skills, being aware of your own abilities, and what is going on throughout the session. People from various fields and backgrounds support each other, to try and leave their comfort zones, to think differently, to see things in a new light. This improves your questioning and thinking ability, as well as learning how to give positive feedback.

Each month’s active learning group is similar in feel to a support group. In addition to letting everyone update each other’s latest situation, you might even be able to mirror their actions, reflect on them, which provides a new stimulus. In the action learning group, whether if you are the questioner, or the one assisting the questioner, you can learn a lot from each other in the process, and you learn much more than just questioning skills.
-
Enterprise Successor
A safe space and a good relationship is very important, and Coaches Winnie and Tai put forth encouraging words at precisely the right time, which can stabilise the questioner or a questionee who looks stable, but is treading on thin ice, which is extremely necessary.

Before becoming OPEN TO CHANGE, you have to be OPEN TO SHARE! Coaches can still observe our detailed changes, and find places that still need work.

Strengths Coach
Through team interaction and role switching, we can learn how leadership can be presented in a way that asks deeper questions, and have a more lingering impact on others. The present is magical, and often presents new and miraculous discoveries.

Human Resource Manager
Think of action learning as an interactive way to help people change their thinking, behaviour, and even life. Short open ended questions are powerful, and they effectively improve the skills of questioning, observation, and stimulate the growth of their leadership skills.

It’s a great and safe environment to try new things. In just two hours, I was able to push past my limits, and to try a different way of leadership. You can also understand how you can present yourself differently when leading your colleagues, which increases trust and provides greater results.
