Action learning focuses on projects, challenges, opportunities, issues or tasks that are important for individuals or teams, even organizations. Under the guidance of the coach and the diversified questioning of partners, we can come up with creative solutions that break away from the logic of our own thinking to solve practical and complicated issues in our work or life. The communication and thought process in your work and personal life will gradually change.
𝟎𝟐 ▍Improve leadership skills and create opportunities to challenge yourself
The workshops are designed to open up your senses, and carry out action learning from a new perspective, and to invite the people there to challenge the areas that are outside of their comfort zone. Through affirmative feedback and comments, they can continue to detect their shortcomings and adjust to them accordingly.
𝟎𝟑 ▍Learn from partners from different domains and build a team
Action learning is conducted in groups of 4 to 8 people, and people with different backgrounds and experiences are invited to participate and to establish learning teams. This allows for everyone to gain different perspectives, and encourage new ways of thinking. This builds teamwork, questioning, and reflection abilities. The coach will also supplement the team with theoretical framework, relevant books and information to establish a diverse knowledge base and contacts.
