Virtual Action Learning LAB (Virtual AL LAB)
Content of AL LAB: This is a four-month learning journey, starting with the practice of asking questions, with a small group of 6 people. Everyone will bring their own issues to the table. Through "action learning", we can help each other solve problems and find the direction of action. At the same time, we can exercise our "questioning ability and leadership, and learn from diverse participants". A professional coach will help the team to reflect on learning and give acknowledgement to each participant. You will bring an action step to implement, and grow your impact.
