▍Why is there a Virtual Action Learning LAB/Workshop?
I remember I met Tai through an Action Learning Lab, and we were very lucky to have met each other. After two days of in depth conversations, the lab finished, but we also kept in touch and supported each other. In our first call of 2021, we believed that in addition to the action learning for the corporate team, in this rapidly changing era of VUCA, along with the epidemic, we would not be able to communicate face-to-face. We realized that we could assist and participate through a virtual action learning lab. We could work together with our teammates to solve complex personal problems, develop personal skills, and build mutual aid communities with interdisciplinary partners.

𝟎𝟐 ▍Global Leaders Learning Team
Action learning is characterized by relying on the strength of the team to assist individuals. A good team composition is heterogeneous, allowing everyone in the team to broaden their horizons and gain new perspectives through diverse and interdisciplinary members. Each group member comes from different countries, industries, and positions. Winnwings gathers these leaders from various countries, different time zones, industries and positions to form an elite learning team. This allows participants to easily gain diverse perspectives, and for you to develop your own unique perspective.

In order for the group to focus on the correct objective at the right time, knowing when to learn and when to problem solve, coaching is essential. WinnWings Virtual Action Learning Lab is guided by two professional coaches with different professional backgrounds to help team members focus on the process of learning and problem solving.

Winnie Wu
Current WinnWings Coaching & Consulting Career/Executive Coach, team facilitator, and human resources consultant. Internationally certified ICF ACC Coach, dedicated to talent development, leadership coaching, team strategies, organization change, culture shaping, and effective communication. Currently living in Toronto, Canada. In the past ten years, she has worked as a human resources and communication manager in an American Pharmaceutical company in Taiwan, as well as a senior executive recruiter in the Asia-Pacific area.
Tai Tsao
Current founder of Leadnow, team coach, learning and innovative facilitator. Committed to talent development, enhancing teamwork capabilities, and leading change to build a positive organizational culture and improve overall performance. In the past ten years she has served as an internal and external consultant in the United States and Asia-Pacific region. Currently, she is involved in assisting growing organizations in Taiwan to shape their organizational culture, develop leadership teams and empower executives.

▍How does the Virtual Action Learning Lab Work?
To keep action learning at its maximum effect, each team consists of a maximum of 6 members, with a plan of attending 5 online Labs.
After each lab, members are invited to join a private community to exchange, share, and practice.
