Recommended Participants for the “Virtual Action Learning LAB”
In 2021, we began a Virtual Action Learning Lab, where each team consists of 6 people from different backgrounds and experience, including people from Taiwan, Shanghai, Singapore, North America, Canada, and other countries. Over a period of 4 months, with the support of the coaches and teammates, each person can solve personal issues to achieve action plans, improve personal listening and questioning skills, and also become a mutual support group with a variety of teammates in different fields.
